General Terms and Conditions

Product availability
Products will be supplied within the EC and certain other countries from time to time. Most products are available for supply in all such countries but some products may not be and this will be advised shortly after ordering. Products may not be available at the time of ordering and this will be advised shortly after the order is placed. The company will endeavour to ensure that all products shown are available.

Secure Payment
All customers can be assured that payment via the Wisdom shop is safe and secure and takes place over an encrypted webpage. You will see on the address bar of your web browser, that the address starts with ‘HTTPS’ (from the point at which you select your payment method) . The S in the address stands for secure. You will also see a small padlock symbol in the address bar as a further indication of a secure webpage. If you are running an up to date web browser such as Internet Explorer 8 onwards, or recent versions of Google chrome you will also see that the browsers address bar goes green to identity the site as having an EV SSL security certificate. It’s to verify the authenticity of a Web site. It shows the name of site owner and the authority that issued the Extended Validation Certificate. It means that the website owner has sought and obtained an identity verification. You can be sure that the site is legitimate and that your session and personal information are protected.

Returns Policy

Unwanted items -Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are unopened in the original packaging. Returns postage must be fully covered by the buyer, and we recomend using a tracked service.

Faulty items – Faulty items will be replaced if returned within 3 months of purchase or within the guarantee period stated on the packaging if longer and if the items are confirmed as faulty by our quality control department. Damage caused by abnormal usage will not be considered as a fault. Refunds will only be made if supported by purchasing documentation or reference.

Refunds – If you are entitled to a refund, your credit card account will be credited within 14 days. You will be emailed when the refund takes place. Refunds will be made to the card account from which payment was made.
