Yes, Wisdom offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty for the Wisdom Power Plus Rechargeable toothbrush commencing from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace an appliance with material or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover; damage due to improper use, normal wear or use, foreign intervention or changes to the original state of the appliance as well as in the case of (inappropriate) industrial use.
The warranty becomes void in the event that the appliance is opened or repairs are made by an unauthorised person.
Please keep your till receipt safe as this will be required for validation of your warranty.
Please follow the steps below:
1. After use rinse the brush head thoroughly for several seconds with the toothbrush switched on under running water.
2. Ensure all toothpaste residue is wiped away from brush head and handle after use (remove head if required to ensure all residue is removed).
3. Dry handle and store toothbrush on charging base.
It is important to always follow the directions for use information contained in the product information leaflet provided with the brush. For further information please see product leaflet.
If your rechargeable toothbrush has stopped working it may be due to build-up of toothpaste residue in the head. To check to see if this is the cause, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure brush is fully charged by following charging instructions in product information leaflet supplied with product. Please also see link to the leaflet here.
2. Remove head. Tap gently to dislodge any loose, hardened toothpaste. If any toothpaste residue is present inside the head run under tap for 1 minute to remove. Pay close attention to head disc to ensure it can move freely. Allow to dry.
3. Replace head and turn on
If you are still experiencing problems with your rechargeable toothbrush please contact us.
DO NOT attempt to remove residue from the top of the handle where the head attaches or remove the handle base cap, as this may cause damage to the unit.
Dentists and hygienists recommend that you replace your toothbrush when bristles become splayed or every 3 months whichever is soonest. This is important as a worn out brush is not as effective at removing plaque. Wisdom Spinbrush does not have a replaceable head and so should be used and replaced as recommended above.
The batteries in Wisdom Spinbrush ARE replaceable so can be replaced if required before the recommended time has elapsed.

Yes, Wisdom toothbrushes are recyclable if materials are able to be separated and where facilities exist (in order to separate the product, the metal staple will need removing which holds the filaments in place).
